How to display an image on the side of the form

Edit the page where your form shortcode is, click the text tab for (text edit mode).

Try something like this: Wrap the image and form shortcode in HTML <div> tags.

Image on right, form on left

<div style="float:right; width:170px;">
<img src="url of image" />
</div>
<div style="float:left; width:455px;">
[si-contact-form form='1']
</div>

Image on left, form on right

<div style="float:left; width:170px;">
<img src="url of image" />
</div>
<div style="float:right; width:455px;">
[si-contact-form form='1']
</div>

Note: Edit the “url of image” to your actual image. Change the form number in the shortcode as needed. You may need to play around with the width pixel settings – and your theme may add padding/margins that need including in the width.
