How to disable the “Schedule an Appointment” vCita button

You can extend your contact form to let your users to schedule appointments based on your availability.

You can enable or disable this option in the “Scheduling” tab at your contact form plugin settings page.

If you want to disable the “Schedule an Appointment” button
go to the “Scheduling” tab on the form edit page, uncheck this setting “Enable Online Scheduling with vCita”, then click “Save Changes”. You may have to repeat this for each form you want to it to be disabled on. If the form does not immediately reflect the new settings, make sure you are editing the same form your shortcode is on. Also, if you have a cache plugin: after making changes to your form, you have to empty the cache from the cache plugin settings. Also, if you do not empty the cache, it usually times out after about 5-20 minutes, and the new changes should appear.

If you want to enable the “Schedule an Appointment” button
go to the “Scheduling” tab on the form edit page, check this setting “Enable Online Scheduling with vCita” check this setting “Add a scheduling button to your form”, fill in your email address, first name and last name, then click “Save Changes”. You may have to repeat this for each form you want to it to be enabled on.
