Question:
Can I insert some HTML between fields?

Answer:
Yes, you can between extra fields.
Use the HTML before/after field to print some HTML before or after a field on the form. This is for the form display only, not email. HTML is allowed.

In the example image below I have added two sentences before a checkbox field on my contact form for this site.

Here is how to use the HTML before extra field feature:

When you edit the form field, click on the ‘Show Details’ button. There is a setting “HTML before form field:” and “HTML after form field:“. Use to print some HTML before or after any field on the form. This is for the form display only, not the email. HTML is allowed. Just fill in any HTML you want and click “Save Changes”. The HTML is instantly added to your form. See example image below:
