Question:
Can I insert some HTML between fields?

Answer:
Yes, you can between extra fields. In the example image below I have added two sentences before a checkbox field on my contact form for this site.

Here is how to use the HTML before extra field feature:

When you edit the form, there is a setting before each extra field titled “Optional HTML before form field x:“. Use the Optional HTML before field to print some HTML before an extra field on the form. This is for the form display only, not E-mail. HTML is allowed. Just fill in any HTML you want and click “Update Options”. The HTML is instantly added to your form. See example image below:
