Problem: Form 1 always appears in place of other forms(WordPress version only)

You add a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. form, but form 1 always shows on the page for your new form. A similar complaint is “Form 2 settings are not being saved” (because the default form 1 appears).

Edit the page and check the shortcode for proper syntax. Make sure you have the correct form number. After using the “visual” editor, always click the “HTML” editor and check that the shortcode does not have html entities. Set the shortcode correctly.

Bad (causes form 1) = [si-contact-form form='2&#39]
Good (selects form 1) = [si-contact-form form=’1′]
Good (selects form 2) = [si-contact-form form=’2′]
Good (selects form 3) = [si-contact-form form=’3′]

A plugin called CKEditor for WordPress version 1.0.1 was the cause in this case. Deactivating the plugin and editing the page again caused the html entities to no longer appear when editing.
